On April 22nd, Ivanovo Polytechnic University celebrated the ninth anniversary of its foundation. The birthday present was a competitive concert program prepared by students as part of the Student Spring 2022 festival.

Our university was among the winners of the All-Russian competition of youth projects among universities. Four large-scale social projects of the IVSPU received support from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) in 2022.

The meeting, which was held by Governor Stanislav Voskresensky, was attended by the director of the IVSPU College Andrey Nikonov.

On April 14, employees of six small enterprises of the Ivanovo region were trained at the "Process Factory" - the second, practical module of the advanced training program for the introduction of a lean manufacturing system.

April 5, the guest of the MAYAK - My Academy of a Bright Career forum was Aquarius, the largest domestic IT manufacturer that produces over 800 thousand high-tech devices per year.

On April 7, six Ivanovo universities - IvSU, IGEU, IVSPU, IvGMA, IHTU and IGSHA, as well as the Krestov Institute of Solution Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the V.N. Gorodkov Research Institute of Motherhood and Childhood signed an agreement on the creation of the Ivanovo scientific and Educational consortium.

On March 25, on the Day of the Worker of Culture and All Creative Professions, the Ivanovo Polytechnic University hosted a presentation of the results of young designer work on the ideas of fashionable and stylish clothing collections commissioned by Ivanovo clothing companies.

As a result of the competitive selection, 70 Russian colleges will receive subsidies for the creation of educational and production centers (clusters) within the framework of the federal project "Professionality" of the national project "Education". Ivanovo Polytechnic College is one of them.

By a special invitation from the organizers of the Volga Fashion Week held in Kazan, Ivanovo was presented by third-year students of the Department of Costume Design and Textiles after N.G. Mizonova Alina Gulina and Valery Baranova with a collection of clothes "Flowers of War".

March is the time of graduation qualification works defense by Correspondence Department students. Students of Materials Science, Commodity Science, Standardization and Metrology Departments were the first to successfully defend their theses.
