The issues of staffing of enterprises were discussed in the regional government
The meeting, which was held by Governor Stanislav Voskresensky, was attended by the director of the IVSPU College Andrey Nikonov.
Since September 1, all college programs that are associated with regional enterprises must be coordinated with them, - Stanislav Sergeevich set this task to the heads of the educational organizations who took part in the workshop. "Let's do it. We have started this work, but we are not satisfied with the results yet. It is necessary to change programs promptly. Every year there are technological changes, other equipment appears. We must constantly react," the head of the region noted.
"We are doing this so that the students who are studying now come to the enterprises prepared, receive normal salaries, and do not have to retrain them. It's in the interests of our youth, more than 20 thousand people are studying in colleges. They must understand where they will work and how much they will receive, they must be sure that they have all the necessary skills for this. Technologies are constantly changing, colleges should keep their finger on the pulse, and our enterprises should help them," Stanislav Voskresensky summed up.
Andrey Nikonov, the director of our college, told the audience about the federal project "Professionalism", whose participants in our region were the IVSPU College and the Shuisky Multidisciplinary College from Shuya. In particular, he said that other colleges of the Ivanovo region, as well as schools and, of course, industrial partners will be involved in the project. "This year we plan to start targeted training for our industrial partners who have joined the project and guaranteed its co-financing," Andrey Dmitrievich said.
We add that during this academic year it is planned to recruit 390 applicants, 210 of whom will study on professional programs. The IVSPU College will train specialists in the most popular working professions: seamstress, designer-technologist of sewing production, finisher of textile production and others. These enterprises will have the opportunity to participate in the development of educational programs and the management of the college. But, most importantly, the children will be taught not only by full-time teachers, but also by specialists of enterprises. Young specialists will also be able to find a job there after graduation.
