Entrepreneurs learn the lean manufacturing at IVSPU
On April 14, employees of six small enterprises of the Ivanovo region were trained at the "Process Factory" - the second, practical module of the advanced training program for the introduction of a lean manufacturing system.
The training at the "Process Factory" is aimed at reducing the time of workflow, and was conducted by the head of the Regional Competence Center in the field of Labor Productivity Improvement Andrey Strunkin.
The practical part of the program was preceded by a theoretical module, which was developed and implemented by teachers of the Department of Materials Science, Commodity Science, Standardization and Metrology Tatiana Gois, Tatiana Novosad and the head of the Department, Vice-rector for Educational Activities of our University Alexei Matrokhin.
It is worth adding that the program is implemented with the support of society "My Business". In 2022, it is planned to hold five streams aimed at improving the competencies of representatives of medium and small businesses in the field of lean manufacturing.
