Many peoples - one country
An ethnographic conference “The Peoples of Russia in History and Modernity” took place at the Ivanovo Polytechnic Institute.
The conference was organized by the Department of Philosophy and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines for students studying “History of Russia” and “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood”, and became one of the events dedicated to the Great Ethnographic Dictation, held in our country from November 3 to 8. The reports presented by the students were devoted to the history of the peoples of Ancient Rus', touched upon the problems of modern Russia, and talked about the life of small peoples in the regions of the Far North, Far East and North Caucasus.
