Students of Ivanovo Polytechnic University at the exhibition "Russia"
On November 4, students of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University visited the exhibition-forum “Russia”, which opened in Moscow.
The exhibition presents all 89 regions of Russia and their achievements in science, culture, and industry. Of particular interest to young people is the educational program, in particular the educational marathon “Knowledge. First” - the flagship project of the Russian Society “Knowledge”. The marathon has six tracks, where students can communicate with outstanding government and public figures, leaders of business, science, education, culture, art, and sports. These are the tracks “Knowledge.Homeland”, “Knowledge.Society”, “Knowledge.Power”, “Knowledge.Sovereignty”, “Knowledge.Innovation” and “Knowledge.I”. The first letters of their names symbolically form the word “Russia”.
As Anastasia Krainova, an employee of the Practice and Employment Department, noted: “The exhibition is grandiose. It’s impossible to see everything in one day, but what we saw was impressive. In addition, our students took part in the “Knowledge.Homeland” track. The speakers of the track were the rector of the Theater Institute named after B. Shchukin, People's Artist of the Russian Federation Evgeny Knyazev, Governor of the Irkutsk Region Igor Kobzev, Artistic Director of the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov, People's Artist Konstantin Khabensky.
