Dedicated to the anniversary date

2023 marks the 105th anniversary of the formation of the Ivanovo-Voznesensky Polytechnic Institute. Ivanovo Polytechnic University has developed a plan of events and projects dedicated to this event.

Thus, the heads of departments and directors of institutes will take control of the conduct of scientific research related to the retrospective analysis of the formation and development of Ivanovo scientific and pedagogical schools and subsequently created individual institutes. Research results in the form of scientific articles, reports, electronic presentations will be presented at various events and used in the educational process. One of the first such events will be a meeting dedicated to this date of the special thematic section of the National Youth Scientific and Technical Conference "SEARCH", which will be held at the Polytechnic from April 24 to 27.

From September to October, a series of open lectures dedicated to the history of the creation, formation and development of the IVPI and the modern Ivanovo Polytechnic University will be held for students of absolutely all forms and areas of training. And, of course, the historical date will be accompanied by various exhibition projects throughout the year: from small, chamber photo expositions that introduce viewers to talented scientists and teachers or successful graduates, to regular thematic exhibitions organized by employees of the Information and Cultural Center or the Resource Center for Tourism and Socio-Cultural Innovation. It is on the initiative of Felix Kagan, the head of the Center for Tourism and Socio-Cultural Innovation, that the exhibition "And a day lasts longer than a century ..." is currently running in the Heritage Museum center, which everyone can visit.
