MAYAK - for future specialists of the garment industry

On March 15, the Ivanovo Polytechnic University hosted a "MAYAK" (My Bright Career Academy) for students of the Institute of Textile Industry and Fashion and the College of IVSPU, whose professional activities will be related to garment production and design.

The rector of the Ivanovo Polytechnic Evgeny Rumyantsev addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. Alexey Matrokhin, Vice-Rector for Educational Activities and Educational Work, told about the project "Professionalism", which is aimed at rapid and maximally practical training of personnel for sewing enterprises. The head of the Department of Practice and Employment Elena Vlasova shared the experience of the university with industrial partners and told about targeted training, and the employee of the department Elena Kuklina - about the possibilities of the "Facultetus" platform, inviting students to actively register there.

Natalia Polikarpova, Head of the Personnel Management Department of Polet JSC, and Ivan Korol, Deputy Head of the Production Preparation Bureau, Elizaveta Tamulis, Head of the Personnel Department of Ivshveystandart TD, and Anastasia Nabieva, HR Manager, Viktor Lushpai, Deputy Director for Development of Stoik-Overalls LLC, Irina Gracheva, Head of the Personnel Department, came to the meeting with the students. head of production Oksana Akimova. A master class on making an effective resume was conducted by Maria Kuzmina.

All participants of the MAYAK - partners of the university invited students to practice, excursions and work. They talked about measures of supporting young professionals and career opportunities.
