MAYAK - for future textile industry specialists

On March 1, the Ivanovo Polytechnic University hosted a job fair "MAYAK" (My Bright Career Academy) for students whose professional activities will be related to the textile industry.

The meeting with the students of theTextile Industry and Fashion Institute and the College of IVSPU was attended by the head of the Personnel Management Department of the Ivanovo Melange Plant Tatiana Eidelman, the commercial director of the Footwear direction of the Krasnaya Vetka Dmitry Spasov, the human resources inspector of Standardplast Ekaterina Smetanina, the head of the personnel department of the Ivmashtorg company (Teikovsky Cotton Mill) Irina Kovtun and Maria Agarkova, Deputy General Director for Personnel of "Rodniki-Textile" Svetlana Chastukhina, Leading specialist of the recruitment Department of "Lidertex" Olesya Ivanova, Svetlana Kolobova, Head of the Personnel Department of the Shuisky Calico Cotton Mill. The guests told about employment opportunities at textile enterprises of the Ivanovo region and invited students to practice and excursions.

Maria Kuzmina told how to make an effective resume, and the guys learned about the possibilities of the Faculty platform from Elena Kuklina, an employee of the Department of Practice and Employment. Nikolay Kulida, director of the Institute of Textile Industry and Fashion, addressed the students with a parting word and a wish to find their place in life, and Elena Vlasova, head of the Department of Practice and Employment, shared the experience of the university with industrial partners and the implementation of the "Professionalism" project.
