All diploma projects with “excellent” grades

On June 23rd, at the Department of Architecture and Building Materials, master's theses were defended under the program 22.04.01 Materials Science and Technology for the Production of Structural Materials and Composites.

All six master's theses are excellently defended! All undergraduates, and these are Alexander Shanin, Ekaterina Volynkina, Alexander Semenov, Nikita Golubev, Anastasia Ivanova and Roman Marusin, will receive diplomas with honors, and three of them will receive recommendations for entering postgraduate school.

We add that the scientific work was carried out under contracts with the Egorievsk plant of aerated concrete blocks, MPO Smartarbolit, JSC IVKHIMPROM, the companies Tekhstroy, Standardplast and are recommended for implementation. The work of Alexander Shanin (supervisor Emelchikova N.S.), related to the study of the effect of various types of cement on the properties of gas silicate blocks, was recognized as the best. The results of the study of the effect of chemical additives and the type of organic aggregate on the properties of porous wood concrete, obtained by Ekaterina Volynkina (supervisor Zhbanova E.V.), as well as the dissertation on the topic “Study of the influence of modifiers for asphalt concrete on its physical and mechanical properties” aroused no less interest among production workers. » Alexandra Semenova (headed by N.K. Kasatkina) and Nikita Golubev’s startup “Technology for the conservation of architectural monuments with composite materials” (headed by M.V. Akulova).
