Meeting of leaders of the University Career Centers

Elena Vlasova, Head of the Practice and Employment Department, took part in the meeting of the heads of the Career Centers of the Universities of the Central Federal District, which took place on June 1 in Moscow.

Our university was chosen as a participant in the Career Centers Acceleration Program, which started on April 25 and will last until July 22. Employees responsible for facilitating student employment from 106 Russian universities are trained under this program. Including employees of the practice and employment department of the IVSPU. Every day they participate in webinars, perform tracker tasks in such topical areas as "Information field and communication", "Effective career events", "Interaction with employers", "Continuous analytics of the situation", etc.

During a meeting held at the National University of Science and Technology (MISiS) with the interim results of the Acceleration Program, Darya Kozyreva, Head of the Career Expert Center under the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, and Sergey Vishchipanov, General Director of the Faculty, presented the possibilities of this digital platform for monitoring the employment of graduates. The meeting was complemented by master classes on the topics: “How to change the career center and the world around you”, “Practical solutions for change management”, “Business communication in the work of the career center”, after which university representatives were able to personally meet with their curators and discuss working questions.
