Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia were trained at the Ivanovo Polytechnic

A few days ago, a group of employees of the forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Ivanovo and Kaluga regions successfully completed training at the IVSPU under the professional retraining program, having received new skills and qualifications of experts in various groups of goods.

The study took place on the basis of the Institute of Competence Development of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University under the additional professional educational program of professional retraining "Commodity science and examination of goods in the field of standardization, conformity assessment and product quality management" in the amount of 1000 hours.

The head of the forensic center, Police Colonel Oleg Pugin thanked the staff of the Department of Materials Science, Commodity Science, Standardization and Metrology for the high-quality training of specialists and expressed confidence in the continuation of mutually beneficial cooperation with the university.

In particular, the possibility of practical training for students of the direction "Commodity Science" was discussed during a visit by representatives of the IVSPU to the forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Ivanovo region. A tour of the center, where forensic examinations in criminal cases and cases of administrative offenses are conducted, was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Georgy Lisikhin and Deputy Chief Yevgeny Sokolov.
