Meeting with the Aquarius team

On December 2, a delegation of employees of the Ivanovo Polytechnic visited the production complex of the company "Aquarius", which is located in the city of Shuya.

Recall that the Aquarius company is a leading Russian developer, manufacturer and supplier of computer equipment and IT solutions, which has been successfully operating on the market for more than 32 years. In 1990, the company became the first non-governmental organization in Russia to open its own factory for the production of computer equipment. Currently, the production capacity of Aquarius is more than 800 thousand devices per year. Today, computers, laptops, monoblocks, servers, data storage systems, information terminals and telecommunication equipment are produced here.

It is worth adding that representatives of the Aquarius plant have already visited our university this academic year, where they met with teachers and students of the Department of Mechatronics and Radio Electronics and spoke at the MAYAK career guidance forum. At the same time, a cooperation agreement was signed between the university and the company. And now a group of teachers of the Department of MIRE and representatives of the university administration headed by the rector of the university Evgeny Rumyantsev visited the production workshops of the Aquarius plant with a return visit.

Having examined the modern equipment for the production of computer equipment, the delegation of IVSPU discussed with the management of Aquarius plans for organizing practical classes for students at the enterprise, as well as training and retraining programs for the company.
