A Student office has been launched at the Ivanovo Polytechnic University

Now all the information can be obtained in one place - the staff and volunteers of the Office will always come to the aid of students.

The student office is located on the second floor of the teaching and lecture building and has already managed to receive the first visitors. In addition to income certificates or training certificates, you can order certified copies of the charter, documents from the archive of the university or personal files of students and extracts from orders. In addition, in the Student Office, you can write applications for a state social scholarship or financial assistance from the fund of educational structural units or the rector's fund, as well as leave an application for a vacation or wellness package. Employees of the new structural unit will also now be engaged in collecting and checking diaries of students' achievements.

To issue any document, a student needs to log into his personal account, click on the "Student Office" tab and fill out an application or come and make an application in person. The student office is open every day, except Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
