The winners of the contest "Polytech of the Future" were determined On March 26, the university summed up the results of the contest of research works of schoolchildren "Polytech of the Future – 2021".

The interregional competition among students of secondary general education and professional institutions "POLYTECHNIC OF THE FUTURE" was held jointly with industrial partners-leading companies of the textile and light industry, construction, road and machine-building complexes, housing and communal services, engineering systems of gas and water supply, from December 21 to March 1. The aim of the competition was to promote the implementation of the national project "Education" at the regional level in terms of professional orientation of young people studying, identifying and developing the abilities and talents of young people in various professional fields.

This year, 187 people registered for the competition, including students of grades 8-11 of secondary general education institutions of all categories (school, lyceum, gymnasium) and secondary vocational education of all training areas. The geography of participants has also expanded. These were students not only from schools in the Ivanovo Region, but also from St. Petersburg, the Republic of Chuvashia, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Petrozavodsk, Chelyabinsk, Vologda, etc. It is gratifying to note that the competition was actively attended by children from the art school named after V. N. Korbakov. Vologda, who visited our university 4 times this academic year. Also, the number of works from students from the "Lyceum No. 21" of Ivanovo, involved in the pre-professional training program "Formula of your Future" of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University, has significantly increased.

Individual works of students and college students were allowed to participate in the Competition, 88 works were submitted in 19 thematic sections.

The Organizing Committee determined the winners who took the first, second and third places in each thematic area. They will be awarded personal certificates that are taken into account when entering the IVSPU.
