Leroy Merlin at Ivanovo Polytechnic University
On May 30, a meeting was held between Vice-Rector for Educational Activities and Educational Work Alexey Matrokhin and representatives of a large network trading company Leroy Merlin.
Besides Alexey Matrokhin, the head of the practice and employment department, Elena Vlasova, took part in the meeting. Leroy Merlin was represented by Client and Community Manager Ksenia Shcherbakova (Ivanovo), Sales Director of the company in Moscow Dmitry Levashov and Director of Omnichannel Sales of the company Tatyana Krivokon (Moscow).
The parties discussed formats for upcoming joint work and shared their experience of interaction with other organizations. The guests got acquainted with the branded auditoriums of the basic departments and the educational and production complex of the Competence Center for Textile and Light Industry. Elena Vlasova spoke about the direction of training “Commodity Science”, and representatives of Leroy Merlin assured that graduates of various areas of training at the university and the IvSPU College can always find a job in the company according to their profile.
