Ivanovo Polytechnic University is a Participant in the All-Russian Employment Fair
On April 12, Ivanovo Polytechnic University took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair. Our University presented its training directions to schoolchildren, and students met with employers.
Two and a half hundred enterprises offered graduates of universities and colleges more than 4,600 vacancies in mechanical engineering, light industry, agriculture, banking, trade and other areas. Personnel and career consultants from Employment Services told job seekers how to expand their professional skills, where to get retraining, and what government support measures are available for employment. Students Alena Gorokhova, Alexandra Ivanova, Tatyana Mesheleva, Alexey Krupnov and Victoria Verinova got acquainted with the work of the “interview simulator”. Governor Stanislav Voskresensky visited the Fair site in the Palace of Game Sports and talked with the participants, including students of our university.
As noted by the head of the department of practice and employment, Elena Vlasova, very soon, on June 28, the Federal stage of the employment fair will be held, and today Ivanovo Polytechnic and its educational areas were represented at the Fair by employees of the Department of Practice and Employment, the Admissions Committee, graduating departments and the College of ISPU. Four exciting master classes were organized by student ambassadors. Associate Professor of the Department of Sewing Design Albina Malinskaya spoke as a representative of the Polytechnic University at the lecture hall of the BIM campus.
