Career Day with MSG
On November 24, our university hosted a Career Day with the MSG company, a large construction and installation holding company with the sites in Ivanovo and Kokhma.
As Elena Vlasova, head of the internship and employment department, noted, the university has good experience in interacting with the company: College students do internships there, the company is a sponsor of the Polytechnic Skills Olympiad and actively responds to all career guidance initiatives.
This time, HR managers Kristina Zaitseva and Anastasia Kiseleva came to meet with the students. The girls spoke about the structure of the holding, which includes a design company, a base of construction materials, a base of special equipment and three metal warehouses, and three more workshops for the production of metal structures, lattice and corrugated sheets and two mortar-concrete units, showed a film about the company, which impressed with the scale of production, and offered students a number of interesting part-time and full-time positions.
