Polytech will take part in digital education of the population
Students of our University and College of IVSPU will act as telecom trendsetters and help dispel myths and pseudoscientific theories spread among the population about cellular communications.
These are the conditions of the project competition, which was initiated by the Russian mobile operator Ivanovo – Tele2. Students can apply for participation in the competition and offer their idea of combating radiophobia on October 30. The results will be summed up at the end of the semester, the authors of the best project will receive 50 thousand rubles from Ivanovo – Tele2.
"The company understands the importance of working with gifted youth. Who but students can look at a difficult task from a completely different, non-trivial side. To propose a solution that may be as simple as it is ahead of time," Stepan Yeghikyan, Director of the Ivanovo branch of Tele2, said at a meeting with students of the Polytechnic University: "Therefore, we are ready for a variety of projects with IVSPU," he added.

The competition is organized within the framework of the cooperation agreement between Tele2 and IVSPU. Since 2020, the company's specialists have been conducting seminars and lectures for students, helping with their employment. The company equipped one of the university's laboratories with a base station model and deployed a special coverage area for conducting pilot work.
