Ivanovo sewing companies are expanding the range due to models created in partnership with Polytech designers.
A new line of women's knitted suits is launched on the market by the company "VIOTEX". The brand's top collection is called "Helena" and is particularly expressive, promising not to leave anyone indifferent.
The collection got its name after a young designer, a graduate of IVSPU in 2021, Helena Tadesse. It was she who worked on its creation last summer together with his mentor, associate professor of the Department of Costume Design and Textiles named after N.G. Mizonova Elena Maksimova, and in close cooperation with the designers and technologists of the company.
In the new models, the creators of the collection presented a mix of the best and most popular silhouettes and shapes for today: straight, loose-fitting hoodies with long sleeves and a lined hood, fashionable jogger trousers and straight trousers with an inflated waist and slits along the bottom line that give some rigor. All models are made of high-quality knitted fabric, which is always appreciated by customers. But the print pays special attention: fashionable, according to the forecasts of the British trend bureau WGSN, drawings of stone sections were offered by the Polytechnic designers in their own original reading – in the form of noble soft waves and a flow of smooth lines reflecting the texture of Russian gems in a calm and natural color scheme of their natural shades.
It is worth adding that the creation of the collection was preceded by an analysis of the brand of TD VIOTEX, during which Helena and her mentor had to evaluate the possibility of creating a new brand or strengthening the existing one, including by entering an adjacent assortment or market niche. The design audit showed that the market situation and well-established business processes of the company allow it to maintain its position as a leader and trendsetter not only in the segment of home knitwear, but also in the segment of clothing for the street, with its own original brand positioning. The designer in tandem with an experienced teacher could only propose the idea of a new collection that could further strengthen the competitive position of the enterprise.
Violetta Maksimenko, Director of Viotex, a company that has been producing knitwear for more than 20 years and is one of the ten most successful enterprises in the Ivanovo region:
"Thanks to the truly productive work with young designers and specialists of the Competence Center of Textile and Light Industry of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University, the number of versatile and fashionable models has increased in our company's assortment. These are clothes for work and leisure in the city, walking and sports, suitable for both very young girls and older women, including those with plus sizes. The products are dominated by a laconic cut, the things themselves have become freer in shape, calm and refined in color and prints."
The first sales demonstrate: while maintaining budget prices with an emphasis on quality, the demand for such clothing models does not decrease! See photos and place orders on the VIOTEX website or feel free to choose your favorite model in the RIO Shopping Center
