MAYAK for the engineering industry

On September 29th, the Ivanovo Polytechnic University hosted a job fair "MAYAK - My Academy of Bright Career" with the participation of enterprises machine-building complex.

The head of the training department of Ivanovo machine-building plant "Avtokran" LyubovKiseleva, HR director of JSC "Ivanovsky cable plant" Natalya Gadzinskaya, head of the workshop of JSC "Voentelecom" Sergey Petrov, HR manager of NCC "AQUARIUS" YekaterinaMarycheva and head of the training center Olga Kolosova, head of the personnel management department of Professional LLC Irina Davydova, deputy director of the promising design bureau of Galich Truck Crane Plant Elena Progonskaya, senior training engineer at "308 Aviation Repair Plant" IlyaErmolnikov and Director of Administrative and Legal Affairs ZakharPronyaev came to a meeting with students studying in areas of training related to the design and maintenance of technological machines and equipment, ground transport and technological means, radio engineering, automation of technological processes and production.

The guests spoke about their businesses, vacancies and opportunities for internships or combining study with flexible work. Various social programs to support young specialists aroused great interest among students. In response, Elena Vlasova, the head of the department of practice and employment, shared her positive experience of the university with industrial partners, and the employee of the department, Elena Kuklina, spoke about the possibilities of the Faculty of professional navigation platform "Facultetus"and invited the Polytech University partners to actively register on this resource.
