The results of the project activities of students have been summed up
On May 26 and 27, Ivanovo Polytechnic University hosted the Festival of Projects, which has already become a traditional event, during which the best solutions to specific problems and those proposed by students are determined. Students of the Institute of Architecture, Construction and Transport and the Institute of Information Technologies, Natural Sciences and Humanities defended their projects.
The commissions evaluating student projects were attended by directors of institutes, heads of departments, representatives of employing organizations: Svetlana Semushkina (EKOGRAD-PROJECT LLC), Anton Pakhaluyev (AKB STAL LLC), as well as experts who passed the regional School of mentors, organized by IVSPU, the Skolkovo Innovation Center and the NTI Circle movement. These are Mikhail Dmitriev (Ivanovoiskozh JSC), Marianna Mekhtieva (Involta LLC), Alexey Soshnikov (Involta LLC), Timofey Zaitsev (Involta LLC), Dmitry Obruchev (Lumberg company).
The members of the competition committee had to evaluate 22 projects. Among them are design projects for residential buildings, an office and hotel center, projects for renovating buildings of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University, and landscaping. One of the projects was a ready-made application for financing an energy efficient capital renovation of an apartment building! There were also projects devoted to the study of traffic and pedestrian flows, the temperature regime of premises, the effect of fluorinated low molecular weight polymers and oligomers on the hydrophobic properties of polyester fabric. The result of a detailed elaboration of the problem was the projects "Student City" and the international linguistic "Teletandem". The children also presented an interactive application "Literary Walks" and the concept of an exhibition of L.V. Shevyrina "My Little Homeland". The latter, by the way, was presented by the students of the IVSPU College.
All participants of the Festival received certificates of participation, and their Diaries of Achievements were replenished with additional points. Authors, whose works were recognized as the best, were awarded with diplomas of I, II and III degrees.
