They will become professionals
Under this heading, a story about the progress of the "Professionalism" project was released on one of the central TV channels. Among the sites presented on the screen is the Ivanovo Polytechnic Educational and Production Complex working for the Russian light industry.
In a short interview, Alexey Matrokhin, Vice-rector for Educational Activities and Educational Work, noted that there was a real shortage of personnel in professions related to textile and clothing industries. Therefore, specialists with secondary vocational education are worth their weight in gold now and in the near future. Not a single graduate of the IVSPU College is left without a job, and their demand is explained by the teacher Marina Savelyeva by the fact that students study with the most modern sewing equipment, and the guys do not have a sense of insecurity in the profession.
Recall that the federal project "Professionalism", launched by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in 2022, is aimed at bringing the system of training middle-level personnel in the regions closer to market demands. Since the same year, our university and its college have been actively involved in the implementation of the project in the Ivanovo region, and its success is largely due to the logistical support of partner enterprises and their willingness to hire young specialists.
It is worth adding that applicants will be able to get acquainted with the Educational and Production Complex created at Ivanovo Polytechnic University within the framework of the Professional Training Program, as well as with the areas of training at the IVSPU College and at the university itself, on April 7, at the spring Open Day. We are waiting for students and their parents at 21 Sheremetyevo Avenue. Registrationisfrom 9:00 to 11:00
