Young innovators develop their entrepreneurial competencies
Eleven young innovators of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University got the opportunity to "finish" the idea of their projects and package them into working business models by becoming participants in the Innovator's Navigator.
The guys started improving their communication skills and learning to work in a team on April 6th . From April 10th to April 14th , the main part of the program takes place in person. The educational course will end with a demo day, where teams will present their projects to representatives of science, business and development institutions.
At the opening of the full-time stage of the program, which took place at the site of the children's technopark "Quantorium. Innovation”, director of the Open University Skolkovo Ekaterina Morozova arrived. She also visited the Ivanovo Polytechnic University, where, together with Rector Evgeny Rumyantsev, she held a meeting with teachers and students, where she spoke about the Skolkovo Open University team, the Mentor Academy project, and shared best practices for supporting startups. The rest of the time, students asked their questions about what startups can be developed, how to interest investors, where to find an interesting idea and a mentor to implement the project.

The Navigator of the Innovator is an accredited pre-acceleration program of the Innovation Promotion Fund, also included in the list of training programs for small and medium-sized businesses as part of the granting of subsidies to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation from the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
