Forum "MAYAK - for quality services"
On June 15, Ivanovo Polytechnic University hosted a career guidance "MAYAK" (My Academy of a Bright Career), dedicated to staffing the quality services of enterprises in our region.
The event was attended by students of the areas of higher education 03.27.02 and 04.27.02 Quality Management, 03.38.07 and 04.38.07 Commodity Science and 03.27.01 Standardization and Metrology, as well as the students from the Ivanovo Polytechnic College studying in the direction of 02.15.01 Installationand technical operation of industrial equipment.
Rector of the Ivanovo Polytechnic University Yevgeny Rumyantsev and Vice-Rector for Education Alexei Matrokhin addressed the youth with a welcoming speech. The Ormatek group of companies was represented by HR business partner YuliaPonomareva. The group of companies "Ascona" from Kovrov was represented by the head of the group for the personnel selection for production and logistics Alena Ozhogina. From the basic departments created by the enterprises of the region in our university, the meeting with students was attended by the head of the personnel management department of Standardplast Lyudmila Vlasova and the HR director of the Group of Companies "Biser" Ekaterina Nizova, and the State Regional Center for Standardization, Metrology and Testing of the Ivanovo Region was presented by its director Dmitry Kudryavtsev and chief metrologist Valentina Samsonova.
Representatives of enterprises toldnot only about their organizations, but also noted the importance of passing test interviews and shared with students information about the requests of employers. Summarizing the results of the meeting, Alexey Matrokhin conducted an interactive survey of students about the usefulness and effectiveness of holding thematic "MAYAK"s and about the desire to start a career at the enterprises of the Ivanovo region, and Elena Vlasova, head of the practice and employment department, reminding industrial partners of the benefits of targeted training of specialists, invited students to take active participation in the contest of videos and photos "My practice".
